How to apply
  1. Visit the college office in working hour (10 am to 5 pm)
  2. Collect College Prospectus from the office of Birjhora Mahavidyalaya (by paying an amount of Rs. 250/-; collect the money receipt)
  3. Login into the college admission portal using user Login ID and password which is provided in College Prospectus
  4. Fill-up the application Online Form and submit online
  5. Take a hard-copy of Online Application Form and submit it to college office along with Xerox copies of required documents.
  6. Visit College Website to see Admission Notification for Admission Schedule 2022

    Enter details of last exams and marks

    (When entering total marks of 12th class, you have to consider marks secured out of 500. If you have 6 number of subjects, the subject Physical Education will not be considered for percentage calculation. Be careful when entering marks secured out of 500)

  4. Subject

    Choose course and subjects

    (You can apply for Honours course or Regular course or both. In both cases you can apply for maximum of two subjects/ combinations. Honours students will have to take one generic subject and it will be offered by the college later on.)

  5. Bank Account

    Upload Photo and scanned full signature with appropriate size

    Upload scanned copies of relevant documents with appropriate size

  7. Printout

    Submit the form and take a print out for submission to the college after admission when asked for document verification.

  8. You can edit the filled form before last date of submission.

    1 Permanent residence certificate of Assam. 60 It is applicable to avail fee waiver scheme of Govt. of Assam. No fee waiver scheme is available for students from other states.
    2 1st page of bank passbook 60 It is mandatory. If own account is not available, parent’s account number may be used, but it must continue for the next three years for availing any financial assistance such as scholarship, book grant etc. from Govt. Of Assam.
    3 Pass certificate of 12th class 60 Required

    5 Gap certificate 60 Required, if applicable. To be certified by Gazetted Officer or in the form of Self Affidavit.
